Privacy Policy.
01. Legal Nature of Data Framework
This Privacy Policy outlines the rigorous computational processing guidelines implemented by VIKNESH SUBRAMANIAN (SKANDA), operating out of 251, MSK Nagar, Surampatti Valasu, Erode, Tamil Nadu, India — 638009 (referred to as "SKANDA" or the "Company"). This document details how we handle information submitted through our integration parameters modules and background data pipelines.
SKANDA operates almost exclusively as a B2B Data Processor. All enterprise architectural configurations, client parameters, and dataset structures are processed exclusively under the instruction of the purchasing enterprise customer (the "Data Controller").
02. Scope of Information Gathered
To architect custom AI deployment plans, perform live system audits, and securely execute payment links, SKANDA limits its collection parameters strictly to essential operational vectors:
- Corporate Identity Metadata: Full names, enterprise email channels, organization names, and validated mobile telephone IDs.
- System Parameters & Scope Logs: Specific legacy CRM layouts, active linguistic preferences, target database structures, and conversational API configurations submitted by the Client via our request terminals.
- Transaction Auditing Data: Core transaction reference strings, billing logs, and payment statuses provided securely via our clearing processors (Razorpay / Cashfree Payments). SKANDA never captures or holds raw credit card tokens, UPI PINs, or bank passwords.
03. Telemetry Logging & System Optimization
The Client explicitly grants SKANDA the non-revocable right to capture and interpret anonymous metadata, technical query execution delays, transmission latency, and system error payloads across our proprietary integration scripts.
This internal telemetry is used strictly to train our autonomous system nodes, harden middleware edge scripts, and eliminate back-office data bottlenecks. All such optimization data is stripped of corporate identifiers and stored as non-attributable mathematical abstractions.
04. Isolation of End-User Privacy Liability
Because SKANDA's script integrations (such as AI Receptionist OS and InstaPulse AI) interface with our Clients' external target databases and consumer-facing channels (such as WhatsApp Enterprise webhooks):
The Client remains solely and completely liable for securing all necessary legal consents from their own end-consumers before routing text queries or conversational threads through SKANDA's automated pipeline layers. SKANDA disclaims all liability regarding the structure, content, or compliance of data packets passed through client-owned API webhooks.
05. External Large Language Models (LLM) Disclaimers
SKANDA's middleware structures safely transmit encrypted parameter payloads to third-party artificial intelligence engines (including OpenAI API frameworks, Anthropic Claude layers, and Meta Developer platforms) as dictated by the project configuration.
The Client acknowledges that once data transits outward to these endpoints, it becomes subject to the distinct retention rules of those respective global AI networks. SKANDA assumes zero liability for the security postures or compliance behaviors of third-party cloud architectures.
06. Security Thresholds & Data Breaches
SKANDA deploys strict encryption layers (Transport Layer Security - TLS) across all incoming parameters and reverse-proxy nodes. However, due to the inherent cryptographic risks associated with public web infrastructure, the Client acknowledges that no digital payload transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely unhackable.
SKANDA shall not be held liable for external interception, webhook spoofing, server proxy exploits, or database intrusions occurring on servers managed directly by the Client or external cloud hosts.
07. Regulatory Disclosures & Jurisdiction
SKANDA fully respects corporate data sovereignty. We never sell, rent, or lease client system parameters to external advertising brokers. Information will only be disclosed to external entities when strictly required to enforce compliance under the **Information Technology Act, 2000 (India)** or by direct mandate of law enforcement agencies operating inside the exclusive judicial zone of **Erode, Tamil Nadu, India**.
